CORPORATE PROFILE

N.E. Parrott Surveys Ltd. (N.E.P.S.L.) was established in 1983 by the owner and operator, Neil Parrott (Newfoundland Land Surveyor, N.L.S. & Canada Lands Surveyor, C.L.S.). N.E.P.S.L. is an incorporated professional land surveying company based in Happy Valley – Goose Bay and Labrador City, Labrador. Although Labrador is the primary market, projects are also undertaken on the Island portion of the Province as well as Nunavut.
All projects utilize the latest in Geomatic technology and equipment with results in minimal return time. Projects are conducted under direct supervision of a licensed Newfoundland & Labrador Land Surveyors (N.L.S.), Canada Lands Surveyors (C.L.S.), Geodesy & Geomatics Professional Engineer (P.Eng) registered with Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador (PEG-NL) abiding by standards as set by the relative associations and industry standards.
Survey technicians have completed training from recognized educational institutes and are competent in the completion of any project in their fields of expertise. Technicians also participate in continuing education programs such as Advanced G.P.S. courses, C.A.D., and advanced survey software.
N.E.P.S.L. has been heavily involved in 3D laser scanning activities. Scanning projects involve, but are not limited to: deformation monitoring, utility mapping, asset management, facilities management, road furniture, pipelines, building information modelling (BIM), structural analysis, volumes, stock piles, as-built, etc.
N.E.P.S.L. is fully equipped and qualified to undertake any project from any aspect of surveying. Final results are offered on reproducible hard copy plans, disc, or any electronic format required.
